This is an example of how the city attorney handles public document requests.

You will notice I "cc'd" the council so their stamp of approval is on this ridiculous exchange of requests and responses.

THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT.

When the city staff is unable to provide a document they are supposed to have, they simply provide you with some kind of nonsensical response and call it good.
