Contradicting the contract to provide water service signed in 1994, the city council passed an ordinance claiming they were not the water service provider. Staff have refused to provide water availability letters to citizens in the area.

Charles B. tells me he tried for a year to get a water letter to develop his property. He finally called Kathy Turner while she was Mayor.
